Patrick Bates

Patrick Bates has been a member of PPLA since 1992 and served as president of PPLA in 2009.  He continues to generously share  his talents with his friends and colleagues.

Patrick has three decades of professional photographic experience.  He is not only a master photographer, but also a talented printmaker.  In the past, he has printed many high quality competition images for fellow photographers, helping to elevate their images to merit status and above.
